Hello to everybody, my name is Sebastian and I am the eldest son of Cianni’s family.
I chose to become chef thanks to my mother who kept me with her in the kitchen to prepare lunch and dinner for my father and my two little brothers.
She has always noticed my propensity and passion for cooking: she saw that mix and mess between flour, eggs, water and pots made me as happy as curious about the next step.
The way I chose may could seem hard and maybe that’s true but the inspiration and freedom that can give you cooking is unique and special. I want to thank my family for the values and education they taught me... That’s why I love them. A particular thanks to Gaia who supports me in life.
